E-commerce customers have personal preferences choosing for transactions. Various criteria make confused because intense competition between companies. DSS is a solution right each customer's preferences. FUCOM-SAW method can be used calculations determine favorite Indonesia. CRISP-DM framework also helps preparing research flow well. 4 decision makers were assign weighting using FUCOM. results this study indicate that Bukalapak alternative best e-commerce, with preference value 0.8701. second third place respectively Blibli Tokopedia. by makers, normalization process technique calculating values ​​have significant effect ranking results.
